Harbor Motel

Very nice rooms however VERY OVERPRICED these rooms aren't worth more than $55-$75 and they charge more than double that! 3 caveats: 1. The air-condition units STOP WORKING after less than 5 mins and have MOLD! A) This is no good for heat waves & hot nights. You cannot restart the a/c unit. When it stops you can hear everyone in the parking lot. GET USA grade a/c units!!! B) Air conditioners need to be cleaned professionally to reomove mold. This is a health hazard. 2. Don't allow people to smoke outside in front of our rooms windows/door/a/c unit or parking lot! Smoke comes in. UGH! Had someone from across building come towards my room and blow his smoke into my a/c unit! 3. They need to tell the housekeepers to STOP talking (phone or yelling at someone across the parking lot) in front

Positive: "" Negative: The mattress was really hard, it felt like we were sleeping on a box spring. The color on our TV was distorted and the TV remote didn?t have a button for the settings. When reported to the hotel staff, they did not resolve issue.

We stayed here for one night because we were going to Disneyland. It's a short drive. The room had everything we needed which wasn't much, but it was not clean. I found hair and stains on my pillow and there was hair in every corner of the bathroom. There was an AC but it was so loud we couldn't leave it on. Other than that it was your average motel, but next time I am willing to pay a little more to be in a clean room.

Positive: Location Negative: I had to wipe off the counters, they were not cleaned. There was a lot of outside noise that bled into the room, it was very loud.

Clean room, fresh paint, lots of outlets including USB, an effective heating unit, and a nice sized mini fridge with microwave. Beds were fine, water pressure was low. Loved parking right outside my door and there's a bus stop nearby that goes straight up Harbor to Disneyland. Excellent value for the price.
