We arrived on time after a long drive and were asked to wait, which we did. However, due to short staffing, the receptionist was occupied with another guest and nearly forgot about us, resulting in a wait of over 20 minutes.||In addition, we were assigned a room that was not the room we were originally promised. We chose to stay at this hotel again because our previous experience was excellent and the service was outstanding. Unfortunately, this stay has been very disappointing and does not meet the standards we experienced during our first visit.||We hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

Can cook is great, nice place to waiting for the planes, outlet is near by!

Despite waiting patiently, we were left unattended for approximately 20 minutes, as the receptionist was busy assisting another guest and almost forgot about us. We ultimately had to remind him that we were still waiting. Upon entering the room, we discovered that the room provided was not the room we were originally promised. Additionally, the electronic window shade was not functioning, which significantly impacted our comfort and the overall condition of the room. Great stay overall! The rooms had plenty of countertop space, which was perfect since I was putting together an event and needed room to organize everything. The gym was small but really nice they had free weights, treadmills, bikes, and even a full body mirror, which made working out easy and fun. The pool isn’t very big, but the kids still loved it. It’s outdoors, but since it’s California, the weather was perfect for swimming. Breakfast was decent nothing fancy, but definitely good enough to start the day. Clean, comfortable, and very practical hotel, especially if you need space to spread out and get work done. You have to pay for parking which I kinda felt like was a hidden fee but can’t complain much I Would stay again!

This is a newer hotel in the area. It is on a busy street, close to a freeway. The people at the front desk were very friendly. The rooms are clean,comfortable and spacious. Breakfast had a lot of choices and was good. The only challenge I found was trying to leave the hotel because it is on a busy street. I would stay here again.
