The food quality was very poor. Although they had waffle makers, the rest of the breakfast was low‑quality frozen items. During my three‑night stay, the eggs were often still partially frozen or overcooked and rubbery, and the sausage was greasy. Even the plastic utensils were too flimsy to use. The staff experience was mixed. The woman who checked me in was friendly, but afterward I dealt with employees who seemed unfriendly and annoyed by simple requests, making me feel like a burden rather than a guest. The room’s window AC unit struggled to cool the space even in mild 80‑degree weather. The hotel also seems to cater heavily to locals, with many people coming in for the lounge and restaurant. I can’t believe that this is an American brand hotel. The entire room smelled like urine. The front desk service employee who checked me in was very unprofessional, handing over the document for me to sign without making eyes contact and she dropped the document before it reached my hands. She didn’t even pick it up for me nor saying sorry for dropping it. After I checked in I went to pick up my rental car but when I went back to the hotel it was raining hard outside so I ran inside but forgot to get the rental car license plate for the record as the front desk requested. Although it was raining hard and I was wet, I asked if I can get it in the morning and was told that my car can be towed away over the night if I don’t report my license plate number. Absolutely worst customer experience.|Pre booked a room through Expedia. Upon checking in, there was a slight discrepancy between the name on the reservation and the name on my ID.|The clerk asked that I contact Expedia to update my info (which I did) and they obliged but it didn’t show up in either the email or the reservation system and this was now 20 mins AFTER I initially tried to check in.|After I showed her the detailed chat w Expedia showing that I followed ALL of her suggested steps, she STILL WOULDN’T (and not couldn’t) check me in.|The info on passport/driver’s license is NOT being entered to validate the reso. It’s just an arbitrary decision.|I even asked her: now that IF you don’t receive Expedia’s answer, what’s yo ur solution to this problem?|No answer.|I never got my money
