Overall, I had a decent time here. Room was decently clean, spacious and had modest essentials, I did notice red spill marks on the bathroom door and there were bugs on the floor of our room, the hallway always smelled really odd and dirty. My room felt fair enough to sleep in and prices for parking were good but definitely needed more cleaning

Positive: The room. Negative: They have no lobby, no housekeeping, no coffee or breakfast. The coffee maker in the room had one pack of coffee. Very minimal as far as amenities. Some of the hotel policies are very stringent.

Rooms are clean enough, but the whole place smells weird. Like full of air fresheners trying to cover up mustiness. Front desk is friendly enough, but I chose not to interact with them. Bathroom light flickers, but again, I chose not to say anything so not complaining really. Good size rooms, wifi is slow and very close to freeway. Nothing really within walking distance though. Easy in and out if you're in the area. Would probably not stay again, but no issues. No housekeeping either on stays under 7 nights, being an extended stay place.

poor management. if you need an extended stay, it's fine. however, don't stay longer than a few weeks because management will start to target and harass you over trivialities, i.e. 1. threaten to tow vehicle for not displaying a parking pass in the correct position (illegal if carried out btw, i paid in full up front don't let them bully you about this: they can't legally tow you), 2. threaten to keep deposit for emptying my own trash, 3. remove laundry from machines before completed (why you touching my stuff dude? weirdo). seems like management here needs more work to keep them from harassing paying customers. housekeeping and desk staff were wonderful and should receive raises. edit to respond: ya'll see how they flip it? where did i say i left trash in the hallway? all sonesta manage

Dirty, smelly, uncomfortable, … did I mention DIRTY?! And I mean FILTHY. Mold, dust, rust EVERYWHERE! I was afraid to sleep on the mattress so we left the comforter on and covered it with our own blankets for less contact. Most uncomfortable stay for my daughter and I. Last minute prices at surrounding hotels were too high or I would have left. We normally LOVE to rest in our hotels… NOT THIS ONE. AWFUL.
