Hampton Inn Wilmington-Medical Park

Stayed at the Hampton Inn Medical and it was a super nice experience! Shortly after checking in and looking at our room, the hotel reached out via text to make sure the room was perfect for us and let us know we could easily text them with any needs. Our room was spacious, clean, and featured a very comfortable mattress. Because of the hotel's layout, it was extra quiet, and we were able to make the room dark enough for a wonderful night's sleep. The staff took the extra step of texting us a second time just to ensure we were fully taken care of. The hotel also has a nice bar and a good breakfast. The price was surprisingly low for the quality of this stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed here while visiting our son. Jen at the front desk was very pleasant, and more than helpful getting us the rooms we wanted on the top floor. RooThe eggsm was vey comfortable and clean---but with 1 glaring default. For a room with 2 double beds, which would ususally mean at least 2 guests, they have only a desk chair to sit in. the other guest has to prop themselves up in bed to read or watch TV. I don't believe I have ever stayed in another 2 bed guest room without anothet chair to sit in besides the desk chair. I think Hampton should at the vesy least have another small chair for 2 guests in these rooms. The breakfast was adequate. The bacon was just a few bits and pieces when we got there at 9 AM. Ivonne's service was outstanding from the moment I entered the facility. Her warm smile and reassuring tone created an immediate feeling of ease, giving me confidence that my planning needs would be thoroughly addressed. As I was organizing my 50th birthday party, I presented some unconventional questions, which she handled with poise and expertise, stating, "Don't worry, we are going to take care of you." The level of peace of mind she provided was immediate, and I did not feel the need to look at any other venues. She is a genuine asset to your organization, and the entire staff is commendable.

Nice and quiet spot. Breakfast was great with premium bacon along with eggs, hash browns, cinnamon buns and fruit. That 24 hour coffee maker was da bomb! Using a touch screen it ground your coffee, brew your coffee and dispense said coffee. I loved it and the fitness center and the heated indoor pool.|Great spot to chill if you have family at the Norvant Medical Center like I did and need a nice respite location.
