Hampton Inn & Suites Ontario

Decided on a last minute trip, booked two rooms the day before our arrival. I didn't get the young man's name at the desk, but very friendly and attentive. The rooms are being renovated and the hotel was under construction. Our room was clean and contemporary. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, a great start to our day. As a Hilton diamond member, I appreciate the hospitality by the staff.

Positive: "" Negative: The room had blood stains on the walls, curtains and bathroom floor. Thy did not clean it until two days later. Disgusting.

We have stayed here a couple times for early flights at Ontario Int. The rooms are always clean although this time they have been remodeled and were not quite stocked as usual. My main compliment is for the overnight desk clerk. Karlo could not have been more accommodating and helpful. He is a great ambassador for the hotel.

Staff was super sweet, awesome clean facility.Yes, it was under construction why I was there.They're trying to upgrade it.The construction staff was super sweet, always courteous the hotel staff absolutely amazing to deal with as they're having to deal with the construction as well. And it can be frustrating at times but they're doing the best with what they got right now. The hotel is in a prime spot.There's food everywhere.There's shopping if you need groceries, they're right across the street.You don't have to worry about traffic.If you need anything when you get back to your hotel room in the evening, it's all right there super clean and comfy beds
