Hampton Inn & Suites Huntersville

We chose this hotel because of its location. We don't like staying too near to an airport. This is a very busy area, and a lot of traffic. However, the staff here are so welcoming and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We had a little concern with our room, so I spoke with the front desk about it, and they took care of it immediately. Then, they asked me about it later when I was walking through the lobby, making sure I was completely satisfied. Now that's what I call excellence customer service. We appreciated the tea, coffee, and water they offered in the lobby, as well as some cookies :) we had no issues with our vehicle in the parking lot. Previous reviews stated to choose an odd number room on the fourth floor for less highway sound, and that's what we did.

The check-in was easy and the staff was super friendly. The complimentary snacks and drinks was an unexpected bonus. Our room was clean amd quite toasty upon our arrival... heat had to be turned off... 😆. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked... again staff very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a pleasant stay on the road with the family. They were kind and courteous. Rooms were comfortable. It's near places to eat. Would stay again if traveling through.

The hotel and staff are superb. I'd say this is hands down the best hotel stay I had in the past several years in NC. Staff are friendly and responsive. Rooms are well-designed and clean. The breakfast was excellent, with waffle station, omelettes, bacon, potatoes, cereal, fruit, hot tea or coffee... I would not hesitate to recommend.
