Hampton Inn & Suites El Paso-Airport

I woke up in the middle of the night to something crawling on me. See picture 1. I went and told the front desk, and the woman working said all they could do is have maintenance spray. The following evening, I ate dinner and put my plate in the sink. 5 minutes later, see picture 2. The people working the front desk the second time were very apologetic and helpful, which I appreciate…however, I asked them to cancel my next night because I simply couldn’t get over the cockroaches, and they still charged me. Not only that, but at no point did management reach out or try to do anything to make this situation right. I normally don’t complain, but cockroaches in a hotel room- that’s a BIG deal… and it’s very disappointing that management clearly didn’t care.

One of the nicest Hampton Inn I've stayed at. When we walked in the lobby was decorated with fall pumpkins and decor giving it a festive air. The rooms were large and had a couch and looked brand new. The free breakfast included an amazing assortment of items such as scones, muffins, bagels, oatmeal bar, fresh eggs, bacon, potatoes one day and French toast the next. I also enjoyed the coffee and hot tea bar which was available 24/7. The staff was courteous and accodmadting. Really enjoyed my stay.

I had a very nice experience at this location when I came into town. There was one little issue with the bedding, but it was resolved immediately. I truly appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. They made sure I was taken care of and comfortable during my stay. I will use this hotel location again when I come back to El Paso.

Great property with clean, comfortable rooms and a very family-friendly atmosphere. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and made the stay even better. Highly recommended.

I wanted to give a huge thank you to Mr. Gabriel Ayub and his incredible staff for making my stay one for the record books. Their kindness, hospitality, and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. It’s rare to find a team that treats you like family, but that’s exactly what they did. I’m truly grateful for the experience.
