Hampton Inn & Suites Alpharetta Roswell

This was probably one of the most peaceful, enjoyable and satisfying stays I’ve had at a Hilton property in my 12 years as a member. I called prior to checking in to make sure that my reservation was visible and the front desk agent was so pleasant to speak with. Juan checked me in and was so accommodating, kind, friendly, and professional. He really goes above and beyond for the guests, please be sure to keep him around. The breakfast attendant kept replenishing until breakfast was over which is rare because other properties are quick to breakdown without considering the guest. She wanted to cater to the late arrivals and that was refreshing to see her care so much. Derricka at the front desk was pleasant to speak with. London was so helpful in assisting with all my questions and needs.

When I first got here Dee was so polite to my family. The place is really clean and smells good. I’m big on stuff smelling well. Dee also went over when to get my breakfast and the breakfast was really good. My daughter loves there waffle. My room was so clean, that I didn’t want to mess anything up. I really enjoy this hotel and will come back.

Juan is awesome!! when I first met him it felt I knew him forever that's how welcoming and comfortable he makes you feel. I have to travel to Atlanta monthly and this is my go to hotel because of Juan. Last month when I checked in Juan was off but I was checked in by a lovely young lady Yarck( not sure if I am spelling it correct) . She was attentive, kind and hospitable. My rooms are always clean when I check in and it's always quiet. I will continue to make this my go to hotel monthly and I hope I get to see Juan move up on the corporate ladder. You guys have a gem working for you.

The people make this hotel very special. I got to know Juan, the friendliest, kindest front desk staffer I have ever met. He went above and beyond for me and made my stay really lovely. The hotel is recently remodeled, clean and well located. It’s definitely going on my favorites list!
