Hampton Inn & Suites Alpharetta

Positive: The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. They deserve a better enviroment in which to work. Negative: The room itself: The television was at least five years past its shelf life. The picture was so dark you could barely make out the images of people. The bed sounded like someone stepping on an aluminum can every time you sat or laid on it.

Older hotel. But sure what it was before but not your typical Hampton Inn. Clean. Comfortable. But no USB ports in rooms. In this day and age that is unheard of. Cold day and night, and the common areas of the hotel were freezing. Not sure if they had HVAC issues or just didn’t turn the heat on. Convenient location but desperately needs an update

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They made me feel very special on my birthday weekend. I was presented with a special token for my birthday from Jessica. Juan and Jessica gave excellent hospitality. They help us find great eating spots and tourist attractions. I will definitely come back. Thank you for everything ❤️

The main reason im leaving 5 stars is the service. We have a 4 year old and the hotel employees were not only friendly but they went out of their way to interact with our son and even gave him little gifts and helped him get his cereal in the morning. Not just one, but 3 employees were exceptional. Room was very clean and supplied. Breakfast was better than expected with omlettes and waffles and lots more. Price was reasonable.

It was a convenient location for my clients business, and already being in Cumming that day it was super convenient for me time wise. I've been here before but my only complaint is they dont have orange juice ar breakfast and over all the breakfast really isnt thaf good. Everything else is normally a good experience.
