Hampton Inn Rochester-Greece

Perfect location for a quick visit with family. Stayed three nights. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to 390 and airport. Free breakfast bar each morning made this a great value. Very friendly staff! Absolutely no issues - would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for 2 nights from a Friday to Sunday. We checked in later on Friday evening and we noticed that the toilet was making dripping noises and periodically sounds like the tank was filling. When we reported it, we were told that there wasn't any maintenance staff on the weekends and they couldn't possibly move our room because they were full. My question is, if the housekeeper was in the room on Friday morning to clean and prepare the room for us, wouldn't she have heard the dripping and reported it so it could be fixed BEFORE WE CHECKED IN!!! The constant drip made it very hard to sleep and when we checked out we had a long drive home. After being out most of Saturday, we came back at 10pm to find that housekeeping had never cleaned our room! When my husband went down to the fr

Deva was so friendly and went out of her way to set up my Hilton honor points. I will now book through Hilton bc of my experience with her. She also helped me set up the WiFi when I kept getting an error. I really appreciate her and she is a special employee. Thank you Deva!

Positive: Location Negative: In between the 2 beds was a very strong odor of pet urine. We bought air fresheners hoping they would help and they didn't. We couldn't sleep facing the urine smell, it was awful.

My daughter was having surgery at Unity hospital that's close to 4 hours from us so we booked 2 nights there. The reservation I booked on line for one night and then found out we needed 2 nights . So unable to change on line I called the number on the back of my Hilton card. Thought it was taken care of for 2 nights. But when we got to the hotel they had booked another room not another night. Hotel staff changed it with no problem but now I'm wondering if I'll get charged a cancellation fee for cancelling at check-in. EDIT: I did not get charged the cancellation fee. The rooms were clean except in room 357 between the 2 beds it smelled like pee. I didn't notice the first night but my daughter did. The second night I noticed it but maybe only because she brought it to my attention. The beds
