Hampton Inn Niagara Falls/Blvd

Stayed here last year as well, at this time period for hockey games. Room is good sized and was clean. Beds were comfortable Breakfast was 8/10. Coffee was fresh. Bathroom was clean , plenty of towels . The front desk lady was accommodating and pleasant. Will stay here next year if we have games here.

Conveniently located near the Canada/US border, Top C gas, and Chick-Fil-A. Quiet and clean room with 2 queens on the second floor facing parking lot. Great value with breakfast included and room with microwave and refrigerator. Everything was in working order. There are electric chargers for EVs in parking lot.

It's a shame that wonderful people like Bella are not given a great quality product to deliver. The 4 Gang outlet between the beds would not even receive the plug from their clock AND THEY KNEW IT because it was not plugged in. I tried to plug my sleep machine in and I could not even get it to start into one of the outlets. I am on the road over a 100 nights per year and many of them are in this hotel. How Could An owner, management and maintenance be so out of touch with the customer and put good people like Bella in a position like that. They will see my rearrange to room in the morning and I am guessing that will not even prompt them to take a look at the outlet that if somebody was not as ambitious as me to rearrange the room they would not have been able to have a clock or plug anythi

Positive: Bed were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Negative: Under construction and laundry was closed.

Very bad experience. Expectations was high but when we reached the hotel the everything disappointed . Unwelcoming front desk reception. Pool and hot tub under maintenance. Tiny rooms. Coffee area in front of front desk but breakfast it’s far back. Never go back to this hotel again. Ruined our vacation.
