Hampton Inn Niagara Falls

Rooms clean, attentive clerk, great continetal breakfast. I wish they would hire some company to shovel the parking lot and walkways better,a large coporation should have a top knotch grounds crew. Ice and snow removal was bad, and it was dangerous to walk in the parking lot.

Positive: The pool. Breakfast options. Negative: Parking lot was very small and narrow.

Have had good luck with Hamptons in the past. This location is apparently not held to the same standards. There was hair everywhere in the room. All over the sink, the towels, and the bed. I don't expect "operating room sterile" levels of clean, but I would expect the housekeepers to take 30 seconds with a lint roller across the bed to remove the hairs. We also found unopened condoms under the mattress clearly showing they aren't checking rooms very thoroughly. The parking lot is small but we were fortunately able to get a spot on-site and avoid paying to park elsewhere. The edges of the carpeting in the elevators clearly hadn't been vacuumed in months and the breakfast selection was average for hotel breakfasts. Have stayed in way cleaner and nicer Hamptons. The hotel is at a very good location, on walking distance from all the attractions. The rooms are decent size and were okay clean. Bathrooms has tub for shower in them. The front desk people were not that welcoming not very friendly. Breakfast buffet is included, was a decent breakfast buffet, had waffles, cereals, baggels, bread, eggs, amlete, oats, etc. Pool and gym is very small. In the gym more than 5 people will be conjested to work in. And for pool area may be around 15 to 20 people will make it conjested. So in rush hours can get tough to get your turn.

Quiet complex with free parking on site. Showers were HOT 🔥. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast - would've loved granola for the oatmeal and yogurt. Staff was very nice. Free wifi. Close to Anchor Bar.
