OLD AND OUTDATED- small rooms, gross brown decor and carpet. Worn down furniture, thin and coarse towels and linens. Ripped curtains. Light only one one side of the king sized bed- like totally dark in that corner unless the bathroom light was on. Dirty and worn out ironing board. Decay around the baseboards and carpet areas. Would NEVER stay here again. Glad it was only for one night. We stayed here as a prepaid group so we had no choice. I’m Gold with Hilton and would avoid this place at all costs. Uncomfortable and worn out bed with crappy pillows. Dark and depressing. Even wear and tear in the elevator, one of which is broken. Staff is very nice though. Just a crappy, old, dark, dreary, worn out hotel. Maybe good for college students, but I wouldn’t let my kid stay here. Almost NONE of

Rooms very small and dated. Stains on the sofa, nicks and scrapes on the wood furniture. Our room did not have hot water in the shower but it did have hot water in the sink. Wall furnace ran all night regardless of what temperature setting we put it on, we had turn it off. Staff at front desk is friendly and cheerful and did move us to another room where we had hot water. But the condition of the room and the sofa were about the same.

Terrible experience. The room was dirty when we arrived, and the bed sheets clearly looked like they had not been changed. Cleanliness was a major issue. Breakfast was extremely poor, with very limited options and low quality. On top of that, they charged me for three rooms instead of one, even though I had canceled the extra rooms on time through Booking. The staff was not helpful and the overall service was very disappointing. The location was also not good. The night before, other guests were complaining about bugs in their rooms, which made the situation even worse. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

No elevators, nonfunctional tv, stingy on room supplies. Road trip spanned Super Bowl Sunday so I booked the largest room to be able to watch on the couch. That TV didn't work, so had to watch from the bed in the other area. Called, someone came up, very nice, couldn't help, said they'd try to find another remote. ...Never heard back. One of the 2 elevators was out and labeled so upon arrival. Took the dog out at 545 am the next morning, now the other one doesn't respond. We went down the stairs. Checked with front desk, yup, elevator is out, trying to call someone. I have a 12 1/2 year old (so VERY senior) German Shepherd who struggles greatly with stairs and really shouldn't be trying them. "Sorry". Only a few sheets of tp on the roll when we arrived, 1 extra roll. Would have been

Overall, a little disappointed. I’ve stayed at this hotel before about four years ago, and I thought it was much better than. Asked for a room away from the elevator… Was placed in a room next to the elevator. Very few available outlets for personal media requirements and a few of them were not working. In the early morning hours of departure, the satellite on the TV was unavailable.
