A clean hotel with comfortable beds. The breakfast provided was good, although such a terrible waste using plastic cutlery and cups as well as paper plates and cups, not great for the environment at all. Nice downstairs area to socialise in the evening. It would have been nice to have been told on check in about the free food available on Wednesday evening, with crackers, cheese, salad, soup, cookies, beer and soft drinks rather than stumble upon it 5 minutes before it stopped and therefore miss out. The same goes for the free coffee that is available all day and only finding out about it not long before leaving..Didn't use the swimming pool as was rather crowded already when we went there. We took a few nights to spend some time together as a family. This hotel stay was absolutely perfect. Valet parking was a nice option (since it was very cold :) ), check -in was smooth and quick. The hotel was able to give us connecting rooms with our teenage kids, and this was important. Complimentary breakfast in the morning had options for all of us. I also wanted to highlight that the maid service was so polite, kind and accommodating. Naming the obvious that this is a demanding job, and yet, they greeted us with a pleasant smile and made our experience that much warmer.

I had a fantastic time during my stay. The hotel was not only beautiful, but the service and staff were the kindest! Breakfast truly uplifted our day, and our small interactions with other stayers and kitchen staff were beautiful. Amenities and cleanliness were great as well! Would definitely come back again!

We stayed at Hampton Inn by Hilton Boston during our trip and overall had a good experience. The hotel looks freshly renovated, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was included and was perfectly fine. The gym was clean, and while the pool isn’t huge, it’s definitely big enough to enjoy. The only issue we had was with the valet parking. It didn’t really feel like full valet service — you’re told where to leave the car and then they move it. In the morning, when we got our car back, we noticed a dent and scratch on the side that 100% happened while it was parked there. There are too many cars and not enough space. What was most disappointing is that the parking staff never mentioned anything about the scratch when returning the car. Aside from that

The staff were excellent and the building is nice, however the room amenities are very much lacking for the price you pay to stay. The room was clean, but has several fundamental issues. First off, this place is an "eco friendly" hotel, so if you don't like having a lack of control over the thermostat or lights that turn themselves off, stay away from this location. As explained by one of their engineer staff, the thermostat controls are locked out and you have very limited conditions to work with. Want the temp under 65 degrees? Need the air flow speed increased higher than the eco whisper mode? Too bad, you cant exceed those settings, period.||Also if you need a microwave in your room, look elsewhere to stay. The only microwave available to guests is in the lobby. So have fun going down
