Greenwich Inn

The rooms are relatively clean, but very small. There's a fridge and a microwave, which was very convenient for us. The worst thing is that it's impossible to sleep at night because of the noise from people walking around. There's a nightclub nearby, and you can hear loud music and cars racing until 2 a.m., along with a lot of noise from young people. I highly recommend it for those planning to travel with children; they won't be able to sleep peacefully with all that street noise.

I have booked clients here multiple times and they all have been very happy with the rooms. The manager/owner of the hotel is a delightful woman who is extremely accommodating and helpful. The location is terrific, and the owner goes out of her way to make her guests feel welcome. We will continue to use her motel far into the future for our clients and family!

These people are EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. I called to speak to a representative about the parking. She was extremely disrespectful (bad mouthing guests and stating that she has witnessed break ins onsite and blamed the guests for it). I expressed my concerns about this and she told me to "change my tone". Completely out of line. She had an Asian Indian accent and hung up on me when I told her that I was not interested in hearing her bad mouth guests and be dismissive about break in concerns. I called multiple times and she hangs up on me. I can submit phone records showing this. Terrible conduct and extremely unprofessional and immature. Awful woman and I will not be staying here.

The reception lady was amazing, she gave us a ton of advices and recommendations. She was very friendly and chatty. The room was clean. If I ever had a chance to visit San Francisco I will definitely try to book a room there.

Terrible property. People are rude and there are too many break ins reported onsite. Woman at the front desk is highly inappropriate and verbally assaults guests. Will never book here again.
