Customer Reviews
The welcome at the hotel was truly exceptional, but what made it unforgettable was the young woman working at the front desk. Her kindness, her smile, and her constant willingness to help created a warm atmosphere from the very first moment. She has a naturally charming presence—something genuinely captivating—that makes you feel comfortable right away. Every interaction with her is a real pleasure: simple, sincere, and full of positive energy. She has this unique way of making the stay feel softer, more human, almost memorable on its own. Honestly, I would come back to the hotel just because of her. Her professionalism, her warmth, and the beautiful energy she shares are more than enough reasons to choose this place again. A heartfelt thank you to her for an unforgettable welcome that
Great location right in the heart of Chinatown, everything was very convenient and within walking distance. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for a 2-star hotel — no complaints at all.We arrived earlier than check-in time and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel, which was very helpful. Overall, a simple but pleasant stay, good value for the price.
Spacious, clean, lovely room and ensuite. I was very impressed with the room service: the towels were super soft, they made my bed perfectly, and even the body wash in the shower was excellent. And a perfect location. I was here for 7 nights in April 2025. A great place to set up base and explore San Francisco.

It's actually in Chinatown, which is well worth exploring on its own. It's also within walking distance of downtown, the cable car starting points, and about a half hour walk from Fisherman's Wharf. The staff were professional and kind. I would definitely stay here again
Well situated bespoke vintage feeling hotel on the edge of Chinatown. Convenient walk to upscale shops reminiscent of Rodeo Drive and more affordable brands like Macy's, Target, and Ross for Less. Through the Dragon Gate funky artsy tourist traps await to offer fun browsing. Overall I'd recommend this property as long as you go with these expectations: The cons: The room smelled like my grandparents' house from the 1970's - nothing a little peppermint or lavender pillow spray couldn't dispell. The beds were very uncomfortable, so hard in fact that my hips hurt in the morning after my first night. Fortunately, they had two thick blankets in the closet which I folded and used as a mattress topper - problem solved! There are no temp controls in the room but the windows open and they have scre
