We had a great stay here! The staff was incredibly accommodating with our booking, and everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The location felt very safe and was walkable to plenty of restaurants, which made things super convenient. Valet parking is really the only practical option and is charged separately, but it was smooth and made coming and going easy. We stayed in a family suite and our daughter loved the bunk bed setup. At checkout, I was managing the kids and luggage on my own, and the staff went above and beyond, helping me with the luggage cart and even giving me the elevator first every time. The bar and the coffee were both great too. Highly recommend for families!

Prior to booking, I called the hotel to ask if EV charging was available anyplace nearby because the hotel listing said no EV charging was available via their valet service. I was told that the information was incorrect and EV charging was available via their service. However when we gave our car to the valet, we were informed that only Tesla charging was actually available so we couldn't charge there as planned. This is a major inconvenience for a family on a road trip, especially when we took the time to reach out for this specific information to avoid problems. The rooms are very cramped and there is no coffee / tea service in the lobby. The top floor restaurant is closed and inaccessible, even just to enjoy the view. The stopper in the bathroom sink in our room was stuck so the water

We stayed at the Graduate in October to visit friends for a weekend. While staff was friendly in person our overall experience was pretty disappointing and in fact kind of terrible. We will not be staying again. I have never written a bad review but this warrants a complaint. Here are the following issues we took with our stay.||1. Valet. Exceedingly long wait time at arrival and departure. At departure, we actually ended up having to walk to go get our car ourselves after 20 minutes standing outside as we were running late to an event. The valet attendant said he could not find the car.. (we had seen where it was parked the night before getting dinner). I initially excused this as perhaps just younger staff mishap but when we got to the car the battery was almost dead(left light

Positive: The lobby was comfortable while we had to ait for check-in which took 45 minutes. Negative: Check-in took a long time - close to 40 minutes. We were given a hotel room for a person in a wheelchair (not requested). They were horribly understaffed. Staff was nice and tried hard.

Stayed over one night. Room was clean and bathrooms were nice. Bit of noise in the morning from another room as we were leaving. I told the staff and they investigated promptly. Couldn’t ask for a better response. We did the valet parking without any issues. Didn’t need in and out privileges but was told it was included in the $37 fee. Downstairs bar was nice and service was quick. Rooftop bar is seasonal so I don’t get a chance to check it out. Walking distance close to coffee shops and restaurants. Only complaints were that check ins start at 4pm and that there wasn’t any complementary coffee in the lobby. But we would stay over again.
