Global Luxury Suites Downtown Boston

I reserved a room for 2 nights (Feb 9 - Feb 11, 2026) through my organization's travel service provider. I received confirmation of this reservation through email on Jan 23. I was traveling solo for work, attending a conference in Boston. Below is my experience when I arrived around 5:30 pm (note that it was dark at that time): 1. Rang the bell at the locked entrance several times. Although people were inside, I was not let in by them. I waited for a few minutes until I could enter behind someone with access 2. The floor was very wet (literally a puddle). There was a "wet floor" sign, so staff was aware, but it was clearly a hazard. 3. There isn't really a counter to check in at. Great location. Near Boston Commons, the Orange and Green lines of the T, restaurants and 1/2 mile to Whole Foods. Nicely furnished, but it stops there. Prior to arrival wanted me to electronically sign that we were Massachusetts residents (we are not) that a family member was being treated at nearby hospital and wanted copies of the front and back our our credit card and driver's licenses. Told to just upload the documents and ignore the things we needed to certify. We were assured that this was secure and no one would access the copies unless we damaged the unit. Guess what - I uploaded copy of credit card with all digits except last 4 blurred as this was a security issue. They requested 4 times that I upload a clear copy as they couldn't read it. My customer service experience with this property was great, until I was unable to check in at time of arrival because a key was not left for my unit. Being that it is an apartment complex, and it was late at night, after trying to figure out the situation at hand I left and got a hotel for sleep and safety. After leaving Boston I contacted customer service to reconcile the entire situation and was treated horribly.

I really liked the location of the apartment, it is very conveniently located in the very center of the city. The apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in, like in the Cloud. I'll come back here again.

I’ve had enough time to reflect and cool off so here’s a factual review and I’m going to try to be unbiased. Read this review before all the rest of you want a 100% honest account of this property. I mistakenly booked the room for only two adults instead of two adults and three boys that we had. That was my mistake. There were no linens for the pull out sofa and there were only two towels. We booked for 4 days and they don’t do daily room service. So two towels were meant to last us 4 days. Customer service via the 1-800 number were very helpful. They had a roll-away bed and extra linens, towels and pillows delivered. No complaints with Customer Service. The location is great. On the very tip of Chinatown, close walk to most attractions (Downtown, Back Bay, Boylston, Copley, etc). Steps aw
