I lived here back in 2016 pre-covid, the location is amazing, seriously a walkers paradise! Short walk to the BART and Union square, you can take the bus which picks up right outside across the street and There are Lyft rental bikes right outside the building. Another plus is the Onsite laundry with the card readers and a hidden library ;). I moved out in 2018 after me and my roommates lease was up but always dreamed of moving back in since the location was amazing and I fell in love with the architecture of the building and I decided to move back in 2022! Yoli, the building owner is such a stand up guy. We’ve recently gotten some new building managers and they’re pretty awesome and keep everything in order and safe for the tenants (especially from the outside riff raff), I haven’t had an

I finally received my security deposit after 6 weeks post move out. The building manager was very remorseful for being hard to reach, and was very helpful towards the end. Over all, I would say Merdian management group is a solid company, as they have lovely buildings and overall high tenant satisfaction fate. I was happy living at 620 jones. However, their security deposit customer service needs to improve, they need to be on top of giving people back their security deposit in time. So if you rent with them, be prepared to possibly have some communication issues. But don’t shy away from them. They’re not scammers.

When I live in there, the people work in there are very nice. They have 24hr doorman to help you hold mail and any box. also make feel live inside are really safe. The room is very comfortable.

A lovely historic building in lower nob hill. Friendly staff and great tenants. Highly recomended long term rental option.

Front doors never seen to close all The way which results in street and homeless people to walk right in . Tats a safety issue . Mail box got broken into mail stolen . Front desk no customer service and no care about the tenants or their guests.
