Frances Hotel

So Im giving a 5 star on the room because though the room is not in the greatest condition. they're in the process of it so I can understand that. I do love the fact that they have the room availability on point though. it's always available for me and I appreciate them for that and the staff members are the sweetest people and yes they speak English. And so speaking on the location of the area is quite loud and a lot of things what's going on if you are a very quiet and self conserved person this is probably not the spot for you if you want some relaxation. I wouldn't consider this to be a good honeymoon place to be. The location is also at a very great spot that I always like to travel and be at in kind of like buy things cuz the low price out here besides the other you know San Francis

Yeah the old dude said he didn’t like dogs and got pissed off when I told him i couldn’t understand what he was saying then told me to leave back outside in the freezing cold even though I had the money. My dog is a small service dog and potty trained and doesnt tear stuff up. This hotel says it’s pet friendly with service dogs but apparently not.The attitude and the service sucked.

Came in i had car problems . I told the people I just need a place to crash out im exhausted from being out in the streets for two whole days after my car got towed after breaking down on me in downtown San Francisco. The person working was soo cool he let me stay a t a good rate even though I got there like at 8am and he made it up to me for the time I showed up and they were always respectful the bathrooms are clean . They give u fresh towels. You have a sink your bedroom and the bathrooms are always available during my visit. Great location on the mission great place to stay!

Police show up at least once a week. Horribly cramped, overpriced. One of the tenants tried to kick in my door on 2 separate occasions. Staff are rude and unhelpful. The night guy falls asleep and will lock you out. Once he buzzed me in the first door and fell asleep before I made it to the second door. I was trapped in the stairwell for 10 minutes before I yelled and banged on the metal bars enough to wake him up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Good management. Fair and friendly and meet people where they are at. Lots of folks with high needs live there so it's a credit to management that they are able to make the place work.
