Four Points by Sheraton Richmond Airport

This hotel looks nice. It’s clean it’s convenient, but I would not stay at this place at all because you get extra charges days later after your stay and they cannot help you at all. They have to transfer you to different people or send you to Expedia because they can’t handle charges that are from the hotel directly nor can they give you a phone number or any point of contact. This hotel, not worth the headache I would have been better off, staying somewhere much cheaper and not worry about random fees coming out. Terrible customer service.

Excellent place to stay. We have stayed here a few times within the last year and it is always Clean and professionally run. The front desk personnel are always friendly and wearing a smile. We would recommend the 4th floor for the best view and rooms! Thanks for the excellent service.

The hotel is located in Montrose area, east of Richmond, west of Richmond Airport. There are many restaurants and shopping centers within a few minute drive. Plenty of free parking outside the hotel.||The building is a long 4-story building with an elevator on each side. Breakfast was not originally included in our booking, so I can't tell much about it. We went down once to see, but the place looked empty. Still, they did deliver water bottles to the room.||The room was average in size. The bed was a little too high, and also made a little noise when moving. There was a small (quiet) fridge and a microwave. There was also a little "night light" which is nice to have. I do like the location of this hotel. It is near a lot of restaurants and stores that makes it easy to walk to. Front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms are average, and beds are comfortable.
