Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach

A decent stay overall, and I understand why others have reviewed it positively — but there's room for improvement. My biggest frustration was the early check-in. I requested it in advance, and while the other two rooms in our group were ready, mine wasn't available until hours later. For a Marriott, that kind of inconsistency is disappointing. The room itself was comfortable, but the upkeep needs attention. The showerhead was clogged with hard water buildup, the bathroom fan was loud and visibly dusty, and while regular cleaning is clearly happening, nothing has been deep cleaned in a while — dust was noticeable in the harder to reach spots. The parking garage is also worth mentioning. It's difficult to navigate, and after hours the only access requires walking up and down the ramp, which

First and foremost, the staff was fantastic. Everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. If I was rating the employees alone, this would be a 5/5 review. ||My family and I stayed at this hotel the night before a cruise in January of 2025. In addition to the great staff, the hotel was clean (albeit dated which we will get to shortly), close to the beach (about a block away and easily walkable), and directly across the street from Ron Jon (which anyone reading this probably already knows). The on-site surf store was decent too. There was plenty of parking in the garage. The positives end there. ||Sadly, this property is in need of a major upgrade. The hotel has been painted outside and inside. New carpet in hallways. 5th floor our room had partial ocean view. The room is nice, clean and smells good Convenient parking garage. Small restaurant with sandwiches, pizza, meals, happy hour 1/2 price drinks, we had nachos which were good. Nice store 1st floor & Starbucks. McDonald's right across the street and huge Ron Jon store to the side. 2/3 block walk to the beach which is very nice. There is a pool but we didn't see it.

My stay was extremely comfortable, the suite satisfied all of my needs. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Wendy at the Front Desk, she was lovely at check in. Very warm and inviting and assisted me with my questions about the property. Definitely would be back!
