Flagship Inn

My wife and I have enjoyed this hotel in the past with several stays. Owners and management have changed our experience. ||I booked directly and was offered a rate with no changes or refunds; big mistake. |The room was not clean, the floor was dirty, there was a dead spider in a web in a corner, etc. ||There was no hair dryer and my wife went to the office to get one but was told that some rooms don't have hairdryers. When my wife complained she was told by the manager on the way out "You can always leave."||The no refunds and no cancelations means you have to accept what you are given. ||Undisclosed at the time is a "resort fee" (no resort) and a cleaning fee. Housekeeping didn't make the bed. The floor was dirty in part because there is no door mat inside or out to wipe your feet on. Th

Very clean rooms, good beds and updated bathroom with walk in shower. Mini frig, microwave and coffee maker in room. Delicious breakfast included. Good location to area attractions while not in downtown Boothbay harbor. Pool on-site. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

A little older motel with nice updates and Very clean. Owner/ manager helped me get into a room that better suited my disability pretty quickly when I found the room I booked was not adequate. Nice people. I will be staying here again.

Positive: Handicap bathroom was was very nice and accessible. We were given our own close to the exit which is what we asked for. Negative: Thedouble room did not have a desk and there was no place to sit down towe wanted to check in early and they we going to charge us 30 dollars, the hot tub was not very clean and didn’t have any jets

cleanliness and service were impeccable. The breakfast was the best continental breakfast we’ve ever had in any sleeping quarters. The personnel were lovely very hospitable and very, very friendly. We would definitely come again.
