Tugboat Inn

We absolutely loved this place! Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but the views every day are why you need to stay here. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping, but the Tugboat Restaurant is great and on site. I would highly recommend Ports of Italy as well. Get a reservation. This town is an incredible place and we will be back next year...at The Tugboat.

Positive: It was very comfortable, clean, nicely appointed with a gorgeous view. The beds were very comfortable with a variety of pillow. Negative: The only drawback I could mention was having to go down the street to a different location to check in.

My dream vacation has been to visit Maine. My daughters made that happen for me in Sept and we stayed at Tub Boat Inn. An absolute dream come true. Our room was perfect. We loved the shops, the restaurants - EVERYTHING! I hope to visit again some day. I follow you on FB and I love all the photo's!! ~ Maureen Kunz

My room had a great view of the harbor. That was the best thing about the room. |The tiny bathroom was right next to the bed and there is no sink in the bathroom. Room is quite small and soooo dated. It was clean upon check in, but no housekeeping is offered. |Everyone was friendly, but for the price, I would choose something a bit more updated.

2nd stay, love it here. The 2 queen beds were perfect. Room 425 was spacious, view was good. 126 had a better view, but the king room was to cramped. It would be nice to have coffee availability closer than where we check in. The coffee units in the room are sketchy to use, as there is no record of when last cleaned with vinegar. Rooms are very clean. Bathrooms are small, but doable. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.
