Harbor House Inn

Absolutely perfect! Beautiful garden and grounds, delicious breakfast served on porch with a magnificent view of the water, very clean and comfortable with modern decor while also having a homey feel. Owner was amazing and always made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to the harbor every day. We will definitely be returning to the Harbor House Inn.

A perfect location within walking distance to downtown Booth Bay. Our room was very comfortable despite the tiny shower. A beautiful Inn and gracious host. Our breakfast on the patio was excellent! Booth Bay is a pristine area to visit on the coast of Maine.

Stayed in Boothbay to visit friends and celebrate our 37th anniversary- took a chance on the Inn and glad we did. This old captain's mansion sits at the top of a steep hill- our junior suite had a balcony with a beautiful view of Boothbay harbor. It has a full kitchen, a living room with TV and small table. The bathroom is quite small- so if you like large bathrooms or of larger stature, it may not work for you. The atmosphere is a mix of antiques and current furniture- very relaxed and homey. Kristie- the owner was friendly and informative. The breakfasts were set between 8-9am and served on the patio with a harbor view. The first morning we had lobster quiche with cantaloupe wrapped in prosciutto and roasted potatoes, coffee/tea and juice. Second morning we had croissant blueberry Frenc

We loved our stay at Harbor House Inn. ||The location was perfect, within a block of downtown, but it still felt like a neighborhood. The walk back up the hill from town is short, but fairly steep. We parked the car and walked everywhere in town. Our hostess was very accommodating, from our arrival to our departure, she was always friendly and helpful. ||The breakfasts were amazing. Homemade food served on the patio with a view of the harbor. ||Our room was very comfortable. We had Lady Laura's Room, with a corner view. The bathroom is small, and the stall shower was compact. If you want a roomy bathroom, this might not suit you. The whole house had a great nautical charm. ||We had a great stay and will definitely be coming back in the future.

Loved our 4 day stay this October. Our suite was lovely, clean, cozy, spacious and with a wonderful view! Location excellent for a stay in the area. Kristie the innkeeper is a gracious host and innkeeper, she offers information about the area, recommendations and provides an absolutely delicious breakfast each day !
