Five Star Inn-Maggie Valley, NC

Super nice staff, clean, cozy room. Comfy bed and all the little ammenities. Good location, lots of restaurants right there, too. Definitely will haunt this place again!

After spending a night at a chain hotel, which was disappointing, I decided to try something different. The check-in process at Five Star Inn was personal and welcoming, and the price was very reasonable. My room was clean and nicely updated. The bed was comfortable and the property was quiet. I was very pleased and would definitely stay again!!

Everything was pretty good! An average room for what you are paying, with AC, TV, a fridge & microwave, etc. The beds were nice and overall nothing to complain about regarding the room! Would recommend it. However, there were issues with the service. Everything was good until the first night. We had two cars during our stay, but the motel is obviously only expecting one car per room. Which is fine, that's not the problem. We had accidentally parked our cars in the wrong spot, not knowing there were specific instructions. No big deal! But a man, who I assume helps run the joint, knocked on our door and proceeded to yell at us about the parking situation. I hurridly expressed that it was a mistake, that we would move the cars immediately, and that we apologize. But he didn't even acknowledge
