Johnson Branch Cabins

I can’t say enough about our experience and how pleased we were with our cabin. From cleanliness to superb decor, the grounds and cabin were above our expectations! Dealing with Madeleine was wonderful and meeting her, was just the same. She’s a hard working grounds keeper and kind soul. We will definitely return in the future! We stayed for a week on a Daddy/Daughter trip in the Honeymoon Deluxe cabin because it had a king bed that gave us enough room. The place has enough to eat and cook with, but you need to have everything but salt and pepper. Bring your own hair dryer. We stayed in July and didn't even turn on the A/C except once. The mountain air was wonderful, and the windows were strategically placed. The well water was clear and cold to drink. This cabin was strategically located so we were able to do activities in Lake Junaluska, Asheville, Cherokee, and Pigeon Forge. There is the coolest (literally 63°) swimming hole and hike nearby. 2 waterfalls. Big Creek Falls Trailhead and Midnight hole. 40 for the most part right now, though, is still quite torn up and 2 lanes, so going around is recommended.

Incredible stay! Great communication with host! Clean,cozy and very comfy! Perfect for a mountain get-a-way! My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary here❤️ Hot tub in the winter was a nice touch! Totally recommend this property! We will return to create more memories 💜 Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We honeymooned here. The host welcomed us with a warm homemade banana bread. This was the perfect place to escape to. Surrounded by forest and cold crisp fresh air, with a creek down below, it is just what we wanted. The cabin has two floors. Kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom on the first floor. A hot tub on the balcony overlooking more forest. Bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. Very cozy. Nestled in the hills of a small town called Maggie Valley. You must visit!

We had a great week staying at the Johnson Branch cabins. The cabins are beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our days exploring the area and our evenings sitting by the beautiful creek on the property enjoying the cool weather and a Bonfire.
