Fero's Court Motel

Really nice owners. Rooms are decent, it's not the Hilton so what do you expect. These people on here writing nasty reviews like they expect it to be a 5* hotel. YOU chose to stay there when you could have left. It's a nice private place. It has cable, flat screen, mini fridge, a microwave, and good beds. A.C. Four walls and a roof. Period

The pool looked destroyed and there was a big roach in the bathroom drain where the water falls into. It was a slightly weird smell but it was tolerable. The shirts had burn holes in them. I think this was a one time thing. I don't think ill ever be back. It was an ok place for one night but 88 dollars was a bit much for a place like that.

The owner is real nice but rooms are old fashioned there are termites and the ac does not work well. No Internet unless n lobby towels look like there are not washed with bleach ..

Hands-down one of the best on cleaners motels in Dania Beach FL. Very clean and tedious customer service is impeccable. Very reasonable rates. Plus you have space to park because I asked for more at this please thank you guys for making me enjoy my home away from home.

This place was filthy. I requested to move to another room and it was even filthier. They did not return security deposit due to the fact I had to change rooms. It was Spring Break and only 4 rooms were occupied but still charged Spring Break price of 226. Dump. Dump. Dump
