Falls View Inn

Donna was great staff. But the rooms were bad. I saw cockroaches in the room. Bathrooms were pathetic. Name of the hotel should probably be False View inn and not falls view because there is no view of the falls. One of the rooms had smell of the gas. Apparently the staff knew it too and they still offer it to tourists. Donot expect anything from the room, just use it for sleeping and get out in the mrng. I wouldn’t go there again. 15min drive from the Niagara state park

Most horrible experience. Needed to stay an extra night and the hotel we were staying at could not extend our stay because they were fully booked. Was a long weekend so we were stuck and found this motel on expedia which we had never use and booked this motel for the night at one price. We get to the check in and the owner son tells us that the room we booked was not available (looked exactly the same as picture, if anything the room listed on expedia actually had more beds listed in the room than the 3 that we actually got in the room we were given) and that he was just going to cancel our booking at check-in if we did not pay the extra $40. I had no idea that when booking via expedia that the reservation is not firm and that it can be canceled at check in by the hotel/motel. For thi

Rooms are dated and not as clean as one (me) expect. The service was great. They did their best to be accommodating. Definitely friendly. Dont expect to much outside of being friendly.

Very bad attitude from staff towards customers amenities offer on website is not accurate no wifi no cable drug deals going on in parking lot when asked about a picture on the counter he said that was not what all rooms look like only one room was nice he stated he proceeded to yell at us. We did not stay at hotel and still had to pay for the room even though we were not checked in still charged our card very run down

it was cheap. no blanket just a sheet. the fire detector disabled. no live tv, but i have a Google tv device i was able to connect. friendly clerk. 3 stars do to price and curtousey.
