Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Richmond Innsbrook

If you ever need to stay in the Richmond/Short Pump/Innsbrook area, stay here just to meet Bonnie. (She handles the morning continental breakfast). She is the epitome of hospitality and graciousness. She jumped into help a dad with his kids’ breakfast when he was clearly out of his depth. She gave me daily weather reports and an overview of all her breakfast menu each morning after greeting me with a smile and welcome. Not only did she offer to assist with my breakfast, she kept everything spotless and never stopped moving and tending to her space. She offered to assist us if we needed extra towels or water etc. of course we were greeted by every staff member, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable, the space clean and well kept, but Bonnie I the true star of this hotel. What a deligh

We use this hotel for anyone coming into town. Super convenient, great staff, and a surprisingly good little breakfast spread. Recently we stayed the night to get some hot showers and do laundry (yes they have machines on site) due to some plumbing issues at home. Being a part time wheelchair user they had probably one of the best designed wheel in showers I've ever seen outside of rehab. And they're dog friendly sobour 2 could stay as well, which was much meeded. We'll definitely use this hotel in the future.

We were in town for volley by the James, and I needed to make sure I had connecting rooms. I called ahead of time and Ms. Erika at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She was at the desk when we checked in too, and just made the experience fantastic. ||Rooms were clean, spacious and had a microwave and fridge. Definitely recommend!!

The hotel sits in a very convenient spot. Close to the hight way but at the same time very quite. Hotel is well managed: friendly staff, clean, breakfast and coffee provided... to highlight, Bonnie manages the breakfast very well, she greets everyone, offers help, always with a big smile... She made our staying very warm and we feel extremely welcomed.

The staff was absolutely lovely as we stopped on a whim and they were able to get us into a room. Decent price, very clean, and good breakfast. There is a sheetz connected to the parking lot and within walking distance.
