Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Niagara Falls

Great stay overall! The hotel was very good! From the moment we arrived, the employees were very friendly and welcoming. They greeted us with cookies and muffins, which was a really nice touch. They also had complimentary coffee and tea available 24 hours, which we really appreciated. The room was a decent size and comfortable. I believe the cleanliness in the common areas was good; however, in the room I noticed a couple of small details that seemed to be overlooked. The mirror had not been fully cleaned, and the glass in the shower still had fingerprints from the previous guest. Aside from that, the experience was excellent. The breakfast was complete and delicious! The attendant in charge of the breakfast area was always attentive—refilling items, cleaning, and asking guests if ever

We had a fantastic two-day stay at the Fairfield by Marriott in Niagara Falls! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the falls and other attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious and relaxing, perfect after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety to start our day off right. Overall, great value and a highly recommended stay — we would love to return!”

Location is quite far from the Niagara Falls; you need to walk 15-20 minutes; while there are several other hotels much closer. Room is big. Breakfast was American standard you can expect from a 3 stars hotel

I’ve been to the Fairfield Inn Niagara Falls USA twice within the past few months and I was very happy with both visits. The rooms are super clean and the location is great but what made me come back again was the staff and they didn’t disappoint this time either. Everyone at the front desk and cleaning staff are very kind, friendly and motivated to help others. I recommend this hotel to everyone who stays in the Niagara Falls area. For someone who stays almost a 100 nights at Marriott hotels, this one is one of my favorites.

Great location and Staff was over the top. The only thing would be parking. There is not enough. I parked on the road and noticed I still got charged for parking. It's $9.00 per night and we were there 2 nights and unable to get a spot. There was a cheerleading competition and the place was booked solid. I would still recommend this establishment Great Experience !!! (EDIT) Today February 11 2026 we received the refund for parking at this establishment. I would like to thank the owner and staff. You can't go wrong staying here. In this day an age it is so hard to find honest and upstanding businesses. Thank you again if I could give you 10 stars I would. Sincerely Trevor Comeau
