Extended Studio Suites

Not the Ritz Carlton, but comfortable and good location to run out and grab what you need. Air conditioning is great for the hot days! Very disappointing that the pool and hot tub are empty! Fridge and microwave and coffee maker in room. That's nice. My kitten is welcome as are other pets! Great that!! I have to say that the STAFF is incredibly welcoming and friendly and very helpful!! Just have to ask and if they can, they take care of any problems Pronto.

I wouldn't stay here. There is no hot water for showers or even a bath. Plus they dont answer the phone. if you have a disability and service animals. They aren't nice and they don't have housekeeping if you have a cat because they are allergic to cats. There is NO HOT WATER and they think they can over charge people for it. They think they know it all and they don't listen to the customers at all. They also want to charge for service animal to be here. I have been here since August and since November 1th it's gone down hill. I'm surprised people aren't complaining about it and putting on the reviews.

Dirty floors, sheets, and a single towel. Cigarette burns in the bed sheets and multiple questionable stains. All pillows also had stains and dirt. People in the room next to us blasting music ALL night. Walls and floors trembling due to how loud it was. Bugs on the floor, in the sink, in the fridge. Will be leaving early and not staying after tonight. Had 4 days booked. I've stayed at some pretty run down hotels, but this place is horrendous. Only upside was how kind the front desk staff was.

This is one of the worst places you could choose to stay. My girlfriend booked this place for a few nights and was not only given a dirty room upon arrival, but found blood in the room as well. Needless to say she left immediately and did not stay here. When we called to request a simple refund and to share the experience (immediately after leaving the room), the hotel staff not only refused to provide a refund, but they also claimed that it was my girlfriend's fault for leaving and would not be willing to accommodate us or the situation in any way. I am not a person to ever write reviews, but this situation was so deeply concerning that I felt it deserved to be read by anyone who might consider booking this property.
