Extended Stay America Suites- Wilmington - New Centre Drive

Positive: The room was clean and well maintained. Nothing special, but nothing wrong. Negative: Due to the type of hotel (being an extended stay) there was always an interesting group hanging around inside and outside. But I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We were accused of using foil which we never used or bought from anywhere since staying in this hotel. We got kicked out on the day we were going to pay for another week. My overall experience at this hotel was good except that we were accused of something that we didn’t really do. Because of that, we had to move out on the day the room is due and we were going to pay another week. I have stayed in hotels to hotels for years and this is the first time something like this happened to me. I don’t write a review or anything and this is actually my first time doing this. I have decided to write a review because we were in shocked for being accused of using the foil that they found in the community trash can. One  receptionist has no respect to customers and so called delicious breakfast is terrible almost nothing

My wife and I have been here for a while as long-term guests and are very well pleased. Tracy, the manager, runs a tight ship which we appreciate. She and all of the other staff (Dominique, Marquis, Asa, Bobby, etc.) are friendly, personal, and always willing to assist with any issues. They recently installed new beds, mattresses, and 4k televisions in all of the rooms. The hotel is in a great safe location very close to stores, dining, and only 15-minutes from Wrightsville Beach. My biggest complaint is guests smoking. All of the rooms are non-smoking, so it is dealt with swiftly when reported. There are signs about no smoking within 100 feet of an entrance. The entire property is within 100 feet of an entrance, but I understand that it's difficult to regulate people smoking in the parkin

Reserved/paid room through website using my chime card arrive to the hotel they needed my physical card told me they didnt accept chime but yet you took my money off the card. Make no sense. You should have that policy in place on website as well. Then go in my room my trash cans were full I had nothing in my room I was looking for the tray for coffee I go to front desk he really didn't do anything to help besides say they should know better and he was sorry. Will not stay here again.
