Extended Stay America Suites- Rochester - Henrietta

Comfortable Stay and Great Service, My stay at Extended Stay has been a very positive experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed, especially the full kitchen which made my stay much more convenient. The environment has been quiet and I’ve felt safe and relaxed. The staff has been friendly, attentive, and easy to work with. I was actually surprised to hear about some negative reviews from the weekend because my experience has been completely different—in a good way. Everything has gone smoothly, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

The room was clean but lots of damage and run down. The smoke detector was beeping. There was not any coffee in the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner. I felt very uncomfortable. The room also had a musty smell. There were numerous people hanging around outside. The side door that should have been locked did not lock. I paid in advance and then was charged again when we checked in. Wish I could have left!

Positive: "" Negative: Needs a total remodel.Everything is old busted and out dated . Anywhere there was carpet hallways and some rooms it was very dirty smelly carpet.

The room we were given had no table or desk so eating as a family did not work out. Also went to the front desk for a toaster "We don't have any working toasters at present". Breakfast was meager. Cofee/tea/hot cocoa prepackaged muffins and bars and oatmeal. If you are allergic to wheat you are out of luck except for the oatmeal. The rooms were tired with mold on the bathroom ceiling and vent covered in dust. Beds are hard as rock and if you sit on the end it will raise up off the floor on the other end. Most staff were helpful and nice. The online pictures must be very old.

The room was filthy. The dog got under the bed unearthing debris and dust bunnies. There was a plastic cup that surfaced from under the bed, the dog proudly introduced his findings. The recliner has some sort of dried liquid on it. Chips & Burn marks on the counters. Cobwebs on the wall. The shower had small black hairs on the liner. The bed was a double, not queen size. The pillows smelled of a person who hadn't showered in days. Front desk staff was friendly and professional when asked for another pillow. One was not available however, this sweet man apologized and offered me a pillow case and other things to construct a pillow. That was the highlight of our stay. I could not sleep. We are here on business & have a 6 hour drive back to our home state today. Extended Stay Henrietta/ Roche
