Extended Stay America Suites- Jacksonville - Camp Lejeune

The room was well kept and easy to get to. All electronics easy to use and charge while at stay. Room itself had a good mini kitchen, which dishes and appliances are provided for. Staff was friendly, consistent and approachable. Would like to give a special recognition to Stacy, Mandy, and Thomas for helping even when they were inconvenienced. Will not give details on the inconvenience, but it involved need of medical assistance, and they were very helpful. Recommend for a simple and pleasant stay if you are in the area.

The location is actually convenient to many stores, supercenters, etc. Also if you have a job in the city easy distance to either walk, drive, take any other type of transportation. The rooms are pretty tidy and neat they are sure you'll get comfortable. The Value isnt cheap and is pretty affordable its shown in the service either if thats needing a repair to needing a new room, and amenities your provided with whether its dishes, a broom or a vacuum cleaner. The noise isn't bad at all either i would say its what is expected at a hotel you know. The atmosphere at this specific hotel is great you'll things from time to time like maybe the geese or any dogs and cats also if you wanted one yourself you could pay a little extra to have one of your own. if you needed any thing else or had quest

Positive: Spacious suite room, everything was so neat & looked great! Calm area & loved how close it was to shopping centers and restaurants. Negative: The only thing was that the back area was pretty lonely so I definitely did not use that side unless I was accompanied.

This is an exceptionally well-managed property with a friendly and accommodating staff. In particular, I would like to express my appreciation to the general manager, Stacy Demps for exceeding my expectations in terms of responsiveness to my requests in a timely manner, as well as the front-desk staff, including Mandy and Heather. Most importantly, the rooms are clean and properly maintained. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in the Jacksonville, NC area, look no further then ESA Suites Camp Lejeune.

The staff here is awesome. I’ve been in hotels all around the world and they have some of the best staff here. The assistant manager A is the definition of southern hospitality. I’ve never stayed in a hotel longer than a few weeks and I’m glad I chose to stay here while looking for a home in the area.
