Extended Stay America Suites- El Paso - Airport

This hotel was cheap and close to the airport, and the at least while we stayed there, it felt safe and was generally quiet. This is where the "good" ends. The room upon entering looked like someone had exploded on the bed (feel free to look at my photos). There was staining on the ceiling and on the edges of the bed that looked like no one had cared for or maintained the room. This was confirmed when housekeeping had left a dirty rag in the shower and had failed to take out the trash from the previous stay. So it is all but certain no one cared about these stains. We stayed the night despite this and it was generally quiet with the intent to stay one more night. Upon returning to the hotel, however, there was a stench in this room that was like a heavy cloud pressing on you. What

Positive: Good location , close to many restaurants and the airport. Good television selection nice employees. Lots of hot water and a good functioning bathroom . Negative: Beds a bit hard, bedding is just average

If I could give this place negative Stars I would. I have been traveling this country working on the road for going on 2 years now and I have never had such a negative experience like this up until now. The hotel itself is a nice hotel but the management and maintenance that run this place are absolutely horrid. I made my reservation through a third party company a week prior to arriving at this place. I put the reservation in my name thinking that there would be no problem. I recently had to replace my driver's license and whilst waiting for my license in the mail the BMV gives me a interim temporary ID. This ID being government issued ID has my face and every single piece of information you would ever need about me on this paper. After driving 30 hours from Ohio I arrive at this extended

Close to lots of good place to eat, many in walking distance. Pretty quiet, but there some occasional jet noise from landing planes. Easy to find. Great value. Mini kitchen in room. I indicated that there isn't free breakfast since it's only a "grab-n-go". Coffee, instant oatmeal, they said muffins too but there weren't any when I was there.

Had to deal with a loud neighbor my entire week stay and made multiple complaints and I was told management won't do anything and it's a regular complaint and it is somebody that's been there for over a year?? They told me they could move me rooms but won't do anything about the neighbor breaking the policy on noise. I was also told dozens of complaints have been filed over him but management refused to handle the issue. Do better. The management here should be completely replaced. Not to mention the dog shit that is literally everywhere on this side of the building, I'm pretty sure it's from the same guest making all the noise to.. maybe he is family to the owners or something.
