⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough great things about my experiences here! Every time I’m in town for business, this is my go-to spot, and it never disappoints. The property is always spotless, truly some of the cleanest accommodations I’ve stayed in. Everything feels fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully cared for, which makes such a difference after long workdays. JT, Ed, Nicole, and Kyle are absolutely amazing. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail really set this place apart. They go above and beyond to make every stay comfortable and seamless. Transition is tough! We are relocating out of state to the DFW metro area. We originally booked a month, a few issues arose, luckily Kyle and the staff were great at mitigating any problems and finding a quick resolution. Our new house is still not ready yet, I just booked another 36 days. The entire staff has been great, friendly and helpful. Thanks Kyle and Extended Stay America for making this move more manageable.

Positive: Location Negative: The floors were grimmy. The fridge door was slimy on the outside. Table top dirty, gooey drops of something.Only thing clean was sheet and towels. Dust thick around electrical outlets. I wore socks to keep feet clean.

This actual hotel building is NOT the one that is shown in the website images. The actual hotel is very rundown. I had immediate safety concerns when I arrived in the evening and saw a group of men hanging out in the parking lot. The pool was closed. It doesn't open until Memorial Day. They fail to mention that anywhere. The 'free breakfast' they advertise is nothing more than pre-wrapped muffins, Nutragrain bars, and coffee. The room itself was very rundown. Dirty and dingy appearance. Everything had a layer of grease on it, despite the fact that the stovetop wasn't even working. There were NO amenities. Just an alarm clock and a TV. NO dishes or cooking utensils, NO hairdryer - NOTHING. The hallway was also dirty. Very low level of security because the exterior entrances always seemed to

The Dallas Parkway location is the best location we’ve had the pleasure to stay at. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the front office clerk. Jordan, Kyle, Craig, Edward, JT, and head manager Nicole are amazing! With any problem or need to know information they are willing and ready to help. Any updates or changes are provided notices in a timely manner. 10 out of 10 service from everyone at any time.
