Extended Stay America Suites- Dallas - Plano Parkway

November 25th – Morning of November 29th, 2025 (Thanksgiving Week) Purpose: Work Trip I stayed here over Thanksgiving week for work. The manager at check-in was polite and helpful, and the location near the hospital is convenient. The room was reasonably acceptable — no strong odors, sheets and towels appeared white, appliances worked, and the hot water was consistent. Check-in was smooth and parking was easy. However, travelers should be aware of several issues. This property is very loud during the day, which makes sleep difficult for night-shift workers. There were no Do Not Disturb hangers available, leading to interruptions unless you speak directly with staff. Despite expectations, I found no gym, no pool, no visible business center, and the breakfast consisted only of simple grab-

I am beyond disappointed with my stay at Extended Stay America Suites. Cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The room was filthy, and it was obvious that proper cleaning had not been done. I personally carry a black light with me when staying at hotels, and what I saw was disturbing. The walls were dirty, the bed was stained and unclean, and the pull-out couch was absolutely disgusting. It was clear these areas had not been sanitized or even wiped down properly. To make matters worse, there was no working light in the bathroom, which made it nearly impossible to shower safely. That alone is a basic necessity and should never be an issue. We had power to the room so that wasn't the case. Front desk said an employee would be in tomorrow to fix it, but I didn't wait around for that. On top

Trip was fine place quiet in day was many nice. Sun go down persons drink many drinks large black female scream loud. Me scary my son afraid. It 2 am persons many drunk parking lot traffic coming in out in back. Black man give small bag out many time. He asked if so need party favors. I saw no party.

This experience was like visiting a low income apartment complex! The smell was old & rancid! The interior completely outdated! The outside appeared left out of a daily process to maintain!This location will definitely be a location that I will not visit again!

It was okay but had to leave with my family due to the a lot of issues being that the doors of the bathroom were broke and the smell of weed smoke coming in from outside kinda made me want to check out. Now the staff was very welcoming and friendly and understanding. Now the room on the other hand. They didn't any kitchenware like plates that you can eat off of and scrub for later. Also, I have to say is the sofa sleeper when laying down on it was super comfortable and sheets already made when you pull it out. The suite we stayed at had a adjustable tv very good quality and bathroom was clean. But I would maybe come back if it's solo or with a buddy. Decent hotel may try again in the future.
