Extended Stay America Suites- Atlanta - Norcross - Peachtree Corners

This is a great hotel. The rooms are amazing with a full kitchen and dishwasher. The room has plenty of liveable space and a full closet along with a pull out sofa. The staff is effective and professional at all times and willing to assist with any problems or questions. The location is perfect due to the fact I work about 3 miles away from this location

When I booked this hotel, the deal seemed really good. I chose this hotel because it offered a 2 bedroom suite for a really great price. This is where the good ended. I drove a 9 hour drive and showed up early. When I entered the lobby, there was not one there to greet us. There was, however, a member of the cleaning staff there who then sought someone from the back office area. The lady asked how she could help and I told her that I was early but I gave her my name. She said that she had nothing for me as in she had nothing ready, which was perfectly fine. Sometimes hotels will allow complimentary check in but it wasn't a big deal if I could not. I then asked if I could just drop my luggage off and this seemed like I was asking for something that she had never heard of before. N

If I could rate it lower I would. Room was ragedy as hell, roaches roaming around in dune buggies and junkies outside my window all night.. Charged 100 deposit and didn't refund my deposit like I did something to the room that should be condemned room 120 🤮🤢🤮. I slept standing up in the window to make sure my car was good. The management is gonna respond like this is a rare incident.. ITS NOT RARE!!! CHECK THE REVIEWS!!!!!

my family drove 7+ hours to the area for a vacation. I reserved a bedroom suite, over 1.5 months in advance, for 4 nights for $383.90. About 2 hours before check in time, we got a call from April. She stated the guest that was in our reserved room extended their stay, and so the room was no longer available to us. She offered us a “deluxe” room, which still had a bed and a pull-out sofa bed, but it was all in one small area rather than there being a bedroom separate from the living area. I was only offered a $40 price difference (from $383 to $343), to compensate for the smaller room AND for our inconvenience. I agreed to the room switch because I didn’t believe I could easily find an alternative hotel on such short notice. Aprils customer service was poor. She didn’t seem to care about ou
