Extended Stay America Suites- Atlanta - Marietta - Powers Ferry Rd.

Special shout out to Lance, Jaylen, and the entire staff at this location. They were all very accommodating and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and the place is peaceful. I enjoyed our stay very much. If we had any issues (which were few and far between), they were immediately handled with no problems. If you’re looking for an affordable price, nice clean, comfortable rooms, and a peaceful place located close to everything … this is most definitely an ideal location. I highly recommend it. Lance, Jaylen, and the entire staff, thank you for being AMAZING humans that care for others.

It’s a very good deals for the price. Best of all, the front desk staff are very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and helpful. Especially a gentleman named Lance, he listened to my questions and requests, tried his best to accommodate our needs. We ran into problems with the electronic key at the site gate and our room, he took the time to make new keys and to go outside and our room try the key to make sure everything worked. When I asked for items in the kitchen, Lance was so nice and patient to go through everything to make sure I get what I needed. I liked this hotel especially Lance. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to this area. If you are lucky enough , you will see Lance’s big smile.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Dirty. There were holes in the walls, pet food on the floor, and sheet rock dust all over. The rooms smelled horrible.

My stay at the Extended Stay America Suites in Marietta, GA was comfortable and convenient. The location is great close to major highways, shopping, and plenty of food options, which made getting around very easy. The room itself was spacious and practical, especially with the in‑room kitchen setup. It’s a solid option for longer stays or anyone who prefers having the ability to cook their own meals or have kids. The bed was comfortable, and the overall layout made the space feel more like a small apartment than a traditional hotel room. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially Jaylen. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly. Thank you to the employees at this location . You guys really are dealing with the fall out of this economy. Having whole families in and out of rooms.Including mine own. Doing the maintenance as well as the high turn over rate. Most do forget as a team of essential workers, that are often overlooked under paid and understaffed. Considering all the factors you guys are excellent with responding to needs with excellent customer service . above all that you guys really took care of our lil family like your own . As to the hotel if you look at when it was built and the actual area of location the minor bumps or bruises that may be defective in some ways and may have been hindrance
