Extended Stay America Suites- Atlanta - Alpharetta - Northpoint - West

I had an amazing stay at Extended Stay America! From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and they made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I really appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen—it made my stay so much more convenient and saved me money on eating out. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The location was also perfect—close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, which made getting around easy. The property felt safe and well cared for, and housekeeping was responsive whenever I needed anything.

Positive: Great location. Employees seemed understanding to dirtiness of sofa couch but were powerless to help. Negative: NO MANAGER available to resolve complaints. No housekeeping available after they leave in the morning. Dirty couch w/ stains & hair on mattress, & white stains on the black part underneath the cushions! > $--- was already PD, & I had to clean it myself.

Staff are all amazing and friendly. I have been here for months. Marquis is my go to guy. Friendly, and personable. Its quiet and right next to the avalon. I ride my scooter there every day. The bus stop is also right outside.

Sleezy, seedy, smelly building staffed by rude, unprofessional personnel. Unfortunately, failed to read reviews before reserving a room, but soon learned our experience wasn’t unique. Arrived to check in at 2:40 for 3:00 checkin time and told our room was given away because we chose not to pay extra fee for “early checkin”. Apparently a reservation means nothing. Asked when a room would be ready and told “I don’t know”. Moments later heard clerk speaking to cleaning staff that 218 was ready and he then refused to acknowledge that or give us the room. I was then lectured on my poor attitude. Walked across to their East building and discovered the building was also old, rundown and smelled. Asked to look at a room and found it smelled of cigarette smoke. Entry and halls had worn carpets and

this place it home away from home for me. Michael is the guy who take care of the whole property from outside cleaning and fix everything inside the hotel. He are the best!! and keep everything clean. Thank you so much!! And thank you to the manager to keep improving the property and do a good job and keep customer,feel safe and welcome . And the Front desk, friendly Dean and Dan very nice and well training thank you. Everyone have been a part of my journal in this place.
