Extended Stay America Select Suites- Wilmington - West

Positive: nothing Negative: I was not ready for the state of this place. I mistakingley thought this was a normal hotel. Smoke smell in my non smoking room, 2 towels for 2 people, dirty floor, dirty toilet, dog barking in hallway. It was very poorly maintained

I have received kind and professional service during my long-term stay. Ari is always pleasant and nice. I love the location. I also have 3 fur babies and they definitely receive the Royal Treatment! I recommend Extended Stay West for the staff, location and conveniences in the room!

The workers are great, James, khaleelah, aria is also wonderful. Even the new hire Anthony has been helpful. I do miss Dee she was also wonderful. And everyone is friendly with my dogs as well as my self and husband.

Don't waste your time. Especially if you have children. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. It is disgusting. As soon as you walk on the elevator. You're greeted by a n o wrwhelming smell off cigarettes and weed. The elevator makes you not want to touch any of thr buttons because of how nasty it is. The bed is a small twin that me and my wife are both going to have to share with some squeaky horrible sounding springs that squeek with every movement. This place should be shut down

Ms. Khaleelah and Mr. James at the Carolina beach rd location in Wilmington were very helpful with my check in processes and a big part of the the reason I chose to stay at extended stay not only once but twice(2 three month stays). They have been very welcoming and helpful during my stay 10/10 service.
