Extended Stay America Select Suites- Warwick - Airport

I’ve been here for over a year now, and I am very satisfied with the service and how the staff conduct themselves with integrity and respect. I Stayed here for a week when my floors were being redone in my house and the The staff made my stay comfortable. It was really quite which I appreciated. Sasha in Management was great and the front desk person was really polite and helpful. the location was convenient as well, super close to the highways

When I checked in I picked up the phone (5pm) no answer. Another guest said she would go upstairs and get the girl (Tanisha) from the room she was in because she was on FaceTime with her boyfriend and thats why she wasn't answering. Then when she finally came to check me in she asked me not to make a mess for her to clean because it's Valentines day and people have wild times to paraphrase. All around extremely unprofessional to ask me to make sure I keep the room as clean as possible to save her some work and on top of that I stayed alone so that was an out of pocket comment. But thankfully she was the only bad part of my experience, Sabina was so nice at checkout, my room was clean and everything was great aside from starting off so poorly.

Absolutely amazing experience staff very polite respectful caring and make you actually feel like you’re at home. The staff is fast to help with anything that you need. Rooms are clean very accommodating Hotel is very clean and well kept. The manager Stephanie is an absolute delight kind and friendly. The whole staff is amazing. Definitely will stay everytime and we have recommended this location to everyone we know. If we can put 100 stars we would!! Positive: Nothing at all!! Negative: ! No carts to load my luggage. No automatic doors. Only two towels were provided. No coffee station, no coffee pot in the room or dishes. No blow dryer. For security no staff at nite. Place was very dirty. I feel like I should get a refund
