Betty helped us check in and was the SWEETEST person I’ve encountered here in El Paso ! She gave me the FULL run down and how the hotel works and information about the area. Definitely enjoying our stay. No worries with safety, very clean, safe and great location. Everything in our room works great with comfortable beds and pillows. parking is also hassle free.

Positive: Close to where I wanted to be. It was quiet and secure Negative: I did not like the fact that there is a charge for the amenities. We spent a days and the room was.not cleaned once unless we paid for it. If we wanted clean towels there was a charge. No of the amenities on your portal were available without an extra fee

Good for a one night stay. I went there for a night and the room is warm enough.

The manager, Stephany, is passive-aggressive—sometimes pleasant, but her demeanor can change abruptly. This location attempted to convey retroactive increase of my rate and demanded additional payment two weeks before my scheduled checkout. When I requested an itemized breakdown of charges, I discovered that my booking extension from December 6 to January 15 had been negligently undercharged. While this error should not have occurred, it could have been resolved professionally. During this interaction, Stephany used unprofessional language, including, “I never should have tried to help you, I knew you’d be a problem…I can assist you by adding late fees if you want,” and then refused to assist further. She walked away and left me at an unattended service desk while the billing discrepancy

Every staff member is nice and polite. Rooms are not bad, price is normal. Walls might be a little thin though. Location isnt bad nor good. It is however; better than alot of other places around el paso.
