I must say this is the best ESA location I have ever stayed. The management and staff here are amazing and incredibly friendly. They truly go out of their way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The rooms are clean and spacious with no lingering smells. The outside areas are always well managed and clean. It’s also very safe with lighting and security patrols. Truly a home, made experience. Perfect for a family stay , solo business or just a weekend stay cation. I highly recommend staying here.

* Update|NEVER Stay at Extended Stay America – Ever!!||This location was a last-minute booking after a horrible experience at their Duluth location (check my review for that nightmare in the Duluth location ). Over the phone, a supervisor at Extended Stay America promised a refund for the price difference because we had originally booked a queen-size bed at a lower rate at the Duluth property.||So, we paid more to stay here under the impression we’d be partially refunded later — but now, over two weeks have passed, and we’ve heard nothing. When we called again, they suddenly claimed, “We never made that promise,” and said the property manager denied the refund, so now we’re getting nothing.||What kind of shady company is this? Don't be late, because if you are, they'll make your life hell. There's no one you can contact; if someone bothers to answer the phone after half an hour, you're lucky. And if that person tells you that help will be found soon, don't believe them, it's a lie. My feet ache from waiting, and I'm still waiting. Let's see how I'll get out of this hellish hotel. Okay, so finally someone arrived, and with no smile, no welcome, no apology, after all this waiting, they just told me I had to pay the hotel bill again and forced me to go back to this damn hellish hotel. I've given up on staying there; I'd rather stay in my car than stay in this hellish hotel.
