The most disgusting hotel l've ever stayed at!! This hotel should be shut down! I can't believe they're even in business! there is water damage everywhere! my room was so hot! The AC did not work, when I asked for another room they|refused! I paid for two nights.. I ended up leaving sooner to another hotel because it was soo hot.. even when i complained I never got my money back!! It was soo dirty! the bathroom still had pubic hairs on the walls and floors from the previous people! please dont go here its so nasty!! The so called manager Ted Adesolle never followed up like he said he would and I never received any of my money back!

I stayed here a little over 2 months with my 4 kids. During the first week, the toilet stopped flushing and the shower stopped draining, flooding the bathroom every time we showered. I reported it, and maintenance told me the room was supposed to be out of order because the shower and tub always flood. He gave me a key to a new room. As I was moving my kids and belongings, the front desk guy came to collect payment just minutes before 11am and took the new key back. He blamed us for flushing wipes, even though only I used wipes and I did not flush them. I assumed maybe my kids accidentally did it, but when maintenance finally fixed it days later, he pulled out an old car wash towel causing the clog. Rooms are out dated and worst of all roaches keep popping out of no where 😳😡

I am writing this review to inform future guests of a serious and unacceptable experience at this property. The rooms provided to me and my guests were filthy, poorly maintained, and infested with roaches. No guest should ever have to deal with such conditions, especially not at a hotel brand that claims to prioritize cleanliness and comfort. My reservation was from Dec. 4-6, 2025. What made the situation even worse was the conduct of the hotel manager, Elizabeth Gonzalez, who demonstrated extremely poor judgment and unprofessionalism. Even after being shown clear evidence of the unsanitary conditions, she refused to refund my reservation. Her dismissive attitude was completely unacceptable. The hotel doesn't have a curve appeal, nor the lobby. It is an older hotel but it is in a good safe location. Close to the 10 Fwy but without road or Fwy noise. Close to many good restaurants and stores. Close to UTEP, and major hospital. Close to down town and Sunland Park race track. Rooms are nice and clean. The best part is that is priced reasonable on many platforms. I will be staying here again.
