Express Inn & Suites Ontario Airport

This hotel was pretty clean minus the fact that there was hair on the sheets and on the sink by a towel. When I checked in the man at the front desk was very rude. He was upset because I booked online and started yelling that he was the boss and I can go somewhere else, even though I fully paid for the room . I did nothing to provoke this type behavior. And we all know sometimes when you book online, you can’t get your money back. 

I came here 3 years ago, and it was okay staff was good, everything was good, but like it's a motel, and I never had high expectations. My recent stay was jaw-dropping; the new remodel was refreshing. The LED lights were a nice touch to the new furniture, bedding, and towels. I honestly thought we had come to the wrong hotel. The staff were much nice,

Booking at this spot through Expedia was breeze. I was allowed early check in an hour earlier for $10 which isnt too bad at all. Booked their best room with hot tub inside. The tub was very big and cozy. The water gets very hot and the jets work as they should! Checkout was simple as well and there was no hassle about anything. Just the way it should be. Would stay at this room again!

Night and morning staff very friendly! Booked through expedia, and there is a deposit, but it was made very clear online and I was messaged that it would be the case, but it was handed back to me immediately at check-out! Room was very clean, AC worked great, and so many lovely stray cats! Close to the airport, very convenient.

We were pleasantly surprised the rooms are clean brand new, freshly remodeled I would highly recommend it
