Excellent Inn & Suites

We stayed for one night with our kids and had a lovely experience. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and everything felt well looked after. The receptionist was especially friendly and kind, which made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. A great place for a comfortable and stress-free stay with family.

The best experience I have received from any Hotel and I have been at some of the supposedly best. I was first warmly greeted. I was given the best available room choice of availability. She also was concerned about me having breakfast before I left. Because I was going to leave before it was being served. So, She made sure that I had breakfast at 5:30 am an hour before serving. This was on 1/10/2026 @ 6:30pm. Al R.

Friendly staff and reasonable range of options for breakfast service. Coffee was awful in the room but better in the breakfast area. Being Australian, we are used to espresso and a lot stronger coffee, but the lady assisting at least made an attempt to make stronger coffee. This place is a disaster! |Decent looking hotel and room but don’t be fooled. |Loads of things you’d expect in a hotel room just weren’t there. |It’s a long list in what seemed to be a newly refurbished room. |The ace in the pack was a complete absence of a wardrobe or closet, no hangers, nowhere to hang any clothes. We called guy on reception, he firstly said that the coat rack (see photos) was the wardrobe but then admitted maybe not.|Said he’d tell his manager… |Virtually no sockets, even above the desk. |Had to unplug microwave to plug in laptop. |Had to unplug bedside light to plug in phone charger.|Who redesigned this room? Bet they never stayed in it! |Awful breakfast, had run out of everything by 8.30. |Lady scowled when asked if she could possibly bring some more bread for toast.

The attendant was fantastic. I called up to see if they had any rooms available. Everything else was sold out and thank goodness they did. Check out is at 11:00 I believe and I was working across the street. My job finished early and I wanted to get a shower real quick. I already packed up and had everything in the car. I took a chance to see if I could get back in and clean up. Without hesitation he handed me a new room key. Thank you so much sir. Made for a nice clean ride home. Kudos
