EVEN Hotel Ann Arbor S - University Area by IHG

We stayed 3.6.26 and were impressed with the hotel from the very start...It smells so fresh and clean when entering and you are met and greeted with sming faces. Every employee from the telephone to front desk to the bar and restaurant, were fantastic! Room was so clean! Loved the rain shower option :) Breakfast was delicious! We will definitely stay again!!

Easy to access, clean, cozy, reasonable rates, great amenities. The highlight here though is Chris and Paul and the way they handled our synchronized skating team with care and grace. Truthfully, this trip wouldn’t have been a success without their understanding and patience. They legitimately care about the people staying here and that matters. We’re definitely getting a hotel block here in the future, and I’m recommending that everyone stay here, be they traveling for business or pleasure. The support team here is second to none.

With all the hotels to choose from in Ann Arbor, EVEN had all the amenities to meet our needs: food, a pool, and a hot tub. Paul, the receptionist, was very friendly and thorough when we checked in making sure we knew where everything was and what time breakfast and dinner would be served. The room was very clean and to our surprise had resistance bands and yoga mats in the room. I would definitely recommend for anyone staying in that area. Very close to the indoor track and many restaurants as well.

I am taking off 1 star because the vestibule before upon walking into the lobby reeked of synthetic fragrance. Fragrance free is healthier. Other than that, Even is a decent hotel - modern bathroom, modern lighting, relatively quiet hallways, complimentary water bar, spacious shower & beds.

Positive: Cleanest place I’ve stayed and I’ve traveled a lot this year. Very friendly, nice staff Negative: No fan in bath. Road noise was extreme at night and we used white noise generators and ear plugs. We were on the road side. Recommend sound proofing!!! Or install white noise machines and provide high quality ear plugs.
